All customers of course are more than welcome to leave a vehicle with us, we will look after the key and keep it safe round the back, if the hire is over night.
We ask all customers to bring their driving license, national insurance number and a utility bill, which has the same address as on the license (proof of address).
Alternatively, customers can print a check code from the 'GOV' website.
We take a £100.00 deposit for all our hire bookings, this is returnable at the end of hire provided the vehicle has been returned in the same condition prior to it's check out, including it's fuel level.
The hire insurance excess is a standard £750.00.
Yes, we have a collision damage waiver offer for all of our customers, lowering the liability to £200.00.
For a rental car the collision damage waiver costs an additional £11.99 per day.
In the unfortunate instance of major body damage to the cars and vans, i.e. dents/dings to panel, engraved scratches that require re-spray, excessive damage to alloy wheels (paying particular attention to any damage which are diamond cut).
We like to advise all of our customers that after taking any excess charge, that as we are not a body repair specialist, we will have the damage inspected and quoted from there. It is then we can look at whether there is any difference between the amount liable (excess) and the cost of the repair.
Yes, you can, and it is easy to use. Customers are shown all make of vehicles comprising our hire fleet. The booking system we use is in sync with our hire diary, thus, will show what is available to book.
Unfortunately, we don't have an out of hours drop off service. This is an insurance regulation we must comply with. Therefore, the hire vehicle would need to be collected and returned within our operating hours.
