This is the largest vehicle that can be driven on a normal licence and will easily assist any house or business move. It has points to secure your load to.

How to Hire a Vehicle

There are a few things that need to be checked before renting one of our vehicles:

**Please read this prior to confirming your booking to check you are eligible to hire. All bookings are non-refundable (but if you need to change your dates we will do our best to accommodate or hold as a credit)**

Drivers must:

  • Be between the ages of 23 and 70. There will be a young driver surcharge between the ages of 23-24 of £15.00 per day and be free of any accidents or claims.
  • Have held a full licence for 2 years or more (please inform us of any endorsements) We may be able to insure you if you do not meet these requirements, please telephone the branch and we can speak to our Insurers on your behalf.
  • You will receive email confirmation regarding your booking and you will be asked to email by return a copy of the front and back of your licence, a proof of address (dated within 8 weeks) and either your national Insurance number for us to do the live DVLA check or your driver summary and check code.go to https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence for more information
  • Provide us with a driver check code or National Insurance number on the day of rental (see: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence for more information)
  • Be prepared to leave a £350.00 deposit or pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card when you book your vehicle – please check with your card issuer for details of how they handle pre-authorisations
  • You cannot take the vehicle out of the UK, unless previously agreed and necessary charges applied. We are able to quote for this if you like
  • All drivers must be present at the time of hire
  • Inform us of your occupation for insurance purposes
  • Contact us BEFORE your hire period ends if you wish to extend your rental (you may become uninsured & charges may apply)
  • Call our office during opening hours to report an accident and call the breakdown number for breakdowns or warning lights.
  • Return the vehicle in a reasonable condition (valeting charges may apply) – smoking is not permitted and charges will apply
  • Return the vehicle with the same fuel as it had when your hire started (A re-fuelling charge will apply of £25.00 plus the cost of the fuel)
  • All online bookings are strictly non-refundable!
  • Pay all congestion charges, traffic, parking or other offences and penalty charges. An admin fee of £50 will apply if received by us. Your nominated card will automatically be charged and the fine past onto you.
  • We have a NO DOG policy in our vehicles, however, please speak to a member of staff and we may be able to arrange something for you.
  • By hiring from us you agree to your data being shared with third parties such as the DVLA, Police, Insurers and other rental companies
  • Delivery & collection abort fees will apply if for any reason your delivery/collection cannot be completed (such as the customer not present)
  • You agree to pay on demand your insurance excess in the event of damage to your rental vehicle. Admin fees apply in some instances.

Data Protection–By entering into a rental agreement you agree that we can process and store your personal information in connection with this agreement including data collected from the vehicle. We may use your information to analyse statistics, for market research, credit control and to protect our assets.

You agree that if you break the terms of this agreement, we can pass your personal information to credit reference agencies, debt collectors, the police or any other relevant organisation.

Our Simple Rules of Vehicle Hire

  • Please return the vehicle with the same fuel as when it was hired.
  • please bring the vehicle back when you have agreed to.
  • We have a strict NO SMOKING policy
  • Pets are permitted but please make us aware when booking the vehicle.
  • When booking with us we pre auth a £350 deposit. This will be released when the vehicle is returned. This may take up to 10 working days
  • Excess reduction to £200 is available - Prices vary depending on the vehicle group
