Most of our hire cars and vans at most, are only a few months old. And don't worry, we'll help set you up in your hire car or van before you set off, including pairing your phone and explaining all the controls. (We also provide tips on driving the larger vehicles, if required). Not sure what you need? What identification do I need?
A full current driving license, proof of address, NI number and card for payment (other licences are accepted, please check with the hire team)

Is insurance included in the hire price?
Yes, all our hire vehicles are covered by fully comprehensive insurance for the duration of your hire. We are happy to discuss adding additional drivers and altering the excess. Get in touch to have a chat about your specific requirements.

I have points on my license can I hire?
It is possible with some points but you need to check with us in advance

What age do I need to be to hire a vehicle?
You need to be between the ages of 23-75 and have held a full licence for 2 years. Some points are accepted but please check with the hire team.

Can I add another driver?
Yes, a copy of the licence and national insurance is needed for the licence check, you will receive confirmation and then they will be covered to drive.

Can the insurance excess be reduced?
Yes, you can reduce the excess down to £350.00 and that needs to be arranged before the hire commences.

Can I take the vehicle overseas?
Yes, this will need to be arranged at point of booking.

Am I allowed pets in the vehicles?
Yes, but there are important stipulations. You must make us aware at point of booking.

Will I be shown around the vehicle for a full inspection before I drive away?
Absolutely! We take you around the vehicle together for your complete satisfaction, a signature is required.
